Property Tax Protest

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Property Tax Protest (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

We prepare a property-tax protest document — an evidence packet based on comparable sales and public records — that you may file with your local appraisal authority. We provide a free savings estimate and a document preview; the complete document is delivered after you pay the one-time fee.

3. No guarantee; not legal advice

Our savings figures are estimates, not guarantees. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, reduction, or that your appraisal authority will accept the protest. The Service does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice and is not a substitute for a licensed professional.

4. Payment and fees

The complete protest document requires a one-time fee, shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card details.

5. Refunds

If we fail to deliver your protest document after payment, you will receive a full refund. Once the document has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, as it covers research and preparation already completed. The fee is not tied to the outcome of your protest. If your protest is unsuccessful, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate property and contact information. We are not responsible for results affected by inaccurate or incomplete information you supply, or for any filing deadlines you miss.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
