Where is my document?
Your full protest document is emailed automatically as soon as your payment clears. Check your spam folder, then email us if it hasn't arrived.
Can I get a refund?
If we fail to deliver your protest document after payment, you'll receive a full refund. Once the document has been sent to you, the fee is non-refundable — it covers the research and preparation already completed.
We provide the evidence document, not a guaranteed outcome, so the fee isn't tied to whether your appraisal authority approves the protest. If your protest is unsuccessful, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
